The following are items that are commonly requested of us.
We will work with you in any way to make this special day as memorable as possible (just ask).
Meals
With all of our meal options you may consult directly with our chef with regards to entrée selection. Each includes a set number of entrees for the stated price. Additional selections may be made and the price will be adjusted up or down accordingly.
Sunday Brunch
• $375 for up to 24 guests ($15 per person for over 24)
Hors d’oeuvres
• Cold Hors d’oeuvres: $700 for up to 80 people ($8.50 per person for over 80)
• Hot Hors d’oeuvres: $800 for up to 80 people ($9.50 per person for over 80)
Shuttle from Roanoke, Salem, or Blacksburg
• $185/ 14 passenger bus/ round trip (We are happy to pick up or drop off at any airport or hotel in the area for this price.)
Additional Meals
• Since your guests might be staying for the weekend we will be happy to provide additional meals throughout your stay. We charge $8/person/breakfast and $9/person/lunch. You may pay for these in advance or guests can pay at time of meal.
Bartender services:
• Wilderness Adventure is unable to provide any alcohol, and does not have a liquor license. You can however hire one of our experienced staff members by entering in to a separate contract with them for bartender services. You may pay them a nominal fee and allow them to take tips, or if you decide upon an appropriate amount ahead of time and ask that they not receive tips from guests.

Activities For Guests & Wedding Party
Activities can be added onto any Wedding Package. You can add it on as a gift for your guests, or you can make it an optional add-on that guests pay for separately.
Canoeing:
• Canoe rental, $30 per canoe.
World-Famous 900’ Zip Line:
• $15 per person
Mountain Bike:
• $20 per bike (4 hour rental)
50’ Climbing Wall:
• $15 per person
High Ropes Adventure Trail:
• $20 per person (6 person minimum)
Guided Hike to Bluff Overlook:
• $10 per person (6 person minimum)
