What can your group expect
We have worked hard to design programs that create opportunities to foster working relationships. These opportunities, when
combined with our professional facilitators and a stress-free, non-competitive environment, will culminate with amazing results.
- People know and understand each other better
- Increased levels of respect for other group members
- Develop an increased level of confidence and self-assurance
- Greater appreciation of and feeling of importance
- Develop greater teamwork, cooperation, alliance, and group effort
- Increased harmony and productivity
How do we do it?
We have developed a relatively simple plan that allows both our clients and ourselves to discover, communicate, implement, and debrief programs that will have extremely beneficial outcomes.
1. Please Click Here and fill out our Pricing Request form so that we can design custom proposals.
2. Once we have a better idea of your objective we will communicate through an open forum in which your representative can discuss, in more detail, exactly how you want your program to be. This can be as simple or as complex as you make it. Many companies outline very specific goals for their retreats, and others come just to relax and have fun. If necessary our Facilitators are available to visit your site, meet some of your staff, and even do a presentation if you like.
3. Our staff will then implement the information they gathered into a program that will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. Sample itineraries will be sent to your representative for final approval. Please keep in mind that the tiny details that will make your experience unforgettable are too numerous to put down on paper.
4. Unless otherwise arranged our Facilitators will debrief each activity, as well as the entire experience. Debriefing or processing is a necessary part of instruction. It is the method by which the Facilitator aids participants in making the connection between the activity and the learning experience. Debriefing translates the fun and challenge of an experience into an opportunity for growth and self-awareness. Without processing, the activity is simply an experience with limited outcomes and value. In addition, our Facilitators are available for follow-up visits several weeks after your program. This is an invaluable tool if you’d like to see how your experience transferred back to every-day use.
“The act of learning is the result of reflection upon experience…The purpose of learning is to gain something new and to put that new skill or information to the test of usefulness. In order to learn, one must be willing to risk exposing oneself to new things, be willing to test the validity of old things in relation to the new, and be willing to form new conclusions…To adventure is to risk exposing oneself to an unknown outcome. Therefore, to learn is to venture into the unknown; to learn is to adventure!”
