Outfitted on one of our Rocky Mountain hard-tails, with helmets and gloves, our instructor will take you and your group through the basics skills of mountain biking before hitting the trails!
The ability to ride a bike is strongly encouraged before taking part in one of our Mountain Bike classes.
After you've gotten the basics (shifting, breaking, peddling, turns, etc.) if your group is going off-site, you can expect some thrilling rides at places like Pandapas Pond, Mill Mountain, and Douthat State Park. Even the New River Gorge for some of our Specialty Trips!
When we say we provide everything, we mean it! You wear active clothes and closed-toed shoes and we'll set you up with a bike, helmet, gloves, water bottle, and plenty of staff around to help guide you down trails.
Looking to Rent? We do that.
How do I sign up!?
