Weekend Wedding Package
(Pricing for the Peak Season of April-October)
From ~4pm the day before your wedding until ~1pm the day after your wedding you have exclusive use of the entire facility. The Weekend Wedding Package includes the following:
• Exclusive use of our entire facility. This includes our elegantly rustic Main Lodge, Sly Lodge, Sneaky Cabin, large outdoor pavilion with electricity, pond gazebo, and 500 acres of grounds (for camping or recreating).
This includes two nights of lodging in all three of our lodges. To view descriptions and pictures of our lodges click here. We have a total sleeping capacity of 90, which does not include the bridal suite set up in our Sneaky Cabin. The covered pavilion is generally used as the site of the wedding reception which can be seen in our photo gallery pictures. Another romantic photo opportunity which will be lit with candles during the evening is our covered gazebo located on an island within the pond. Other featured amenities included in the facility rental is our cedar sauna, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, fishing ponds, canoes & life jackets for use on pond, and miles of walking/hiking trails on our 500 acre property.
• Rehearsal Dinner: This price is quoted for up to 24 people. For all additional guests it will be a charge of $18/person.
• Reception Dinner: This price is quoted for up to 80 guests. For all additional guests it will be an additional charge of $25/person.
• Services of our wedding coordinator who will coordinate your wedding weekend so everything runs smoothly.
• All rental equipment including chairs, tables, linens, and dinnerware. You may personally select form a variety of china patterns, glassware, silverware, and linens to fit with the style you envision for the wedding. (This price covers rentals for up to 80 people. For all additional people you will be charged an $8 rental fee.)
• Flowers and centerpieces (up to $400)
• Camping areas for guests if desired.
• A caring and dedicated staff at your service 24 hours a day.
Everything listed above for a flat rate of $14,935. We can accommodate up to 200 people depending on package chosen and time of year. This particular price is only for our peak season months of May, August, and September.
**Many couples choose for guests to cover lodging separately the amount to be divided among those staying the night would be $3,820. Divided among 80 people (the max capacity) the guests’ weekend stay would be ~$47/person/2 nights. That amount could then be subtracted from the above total, and would bring your out-of-pocket to $11,115.
