Tuition Details & Discounts
- Deposit:
A $250/week deposit is required to guarantee your spot. Your remaining balance is due within 90 days. That means the deposit is $500 for the two week programs and $1000 for the WLC trip. If registering after June 1 payment in full is required. You may also take advantage of our interest free auto-payment plan (see below). - Multiple Trip Discounts:
Take an additional 5% off the 2nd trip when you do 2 or more trips. - Sibling Discount:
$50 off per week for additional siblings. - Refer-a-Friend:
Receive 5% discount off of your tuition for each friend who attends based on your referral. Please ask your friend to site your child’s name when asked “How did you hear about us?”. - Payment Plan:
If you choose, you may also take advantage of our automatic monthly credit card payment deduction program. You set the amount and we will take it out on the same day every month. The full tuition must be paid prior to your child’s arrival. Please call for details!

Flight Information
The tuition for each trip does not include flights. With participants coming from all over the U.S. and world it is very difficult to price a trip that is fair to all, instead we try to keep our tuition as low as possible.
We do not recommend purchasing any airline ticket prior to April 1st. From our experience the ticket prices are at their best at this time. By waiting until April to purchase your ticket there is less time for something to happen that would cause either yourself or WAEL to cancel the trip. We also recommend buying refundable tickets or travel insurance.
We work closely with Cathy King. Cathy is very familiar with our program and by booking your ticket with her you will be assured you are getting the best overall deal there is.
Although we do not require you to book your flight through her there are definitely benefits of doing so. Booking through Cathy is vital to successful arrivals and departures and to ensure smooth and coordinated travel. Booking through Cathy means that you will usually be flying with other WAEL participants and ensures that WAEL is informed of all schedule changes and problems.
