We pride ourselves on our ability to customize every occasion and will try our best to accommodate any budget. While most venues consider their summer months the peak season, those months are discounted in comparison to our peak of May, August and September. You will notice however that overnight and day weddings are not offered during our peak season months.
Below are our 3 main pricing packages:
Peak Season Weekend Wedding Package: During our peak season months of April-October we require that all weddings utilize our facility for the entire weekend. You will be given exclusive use of our 500 acre property from 4pm the day before your wedding until around 1pm the day after your wedding. Every aspect of your wedding will be detailed to your requests from 5 different ceremony sites, 3 different reception sites, and tons of decorations already available for your use. Our weekend wedding rate also includes all your rentals, flowers, linens, and more. By choosing to have a Wilderness Adventure wedding you are choosing to have a stress free event that will be unlike any other wedding you’ve ever been to. The best part is no driving from location to location and everyone can stay the night at the reception site.
Non-peak Season Weekend Wedding Package: Virtually the same all inclusive package as our peak season weekend wedding but at an amazing non-peak season price. Our beautiful Main Lodge can hold up to 100 people and an elegantly rustic ambiance unlike anywhere else in the area. With candlelight and our 2 story fireplace as a backdrop will make your wedding intimate and sincere.
Non-peak Season Overnight Wedding Package: This package covers from noon the day of your wedding until around the same time the following day. This option is only available during our non-peak season from November-March. As with all of our wedding package you will have exclusive use of our entire 500 acre property nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
