Outdoor Discovery Summer Camp

Outdoor Discovery, an unforgettable summer where adventure meets personal growth! Geared for kids aged 9 to 10, this program combines exciting activities like rock climbing, caving, and canoeing with essential outdoor skills such as shelter building and fire starting.
Unlike our lodge-based campers, Outdoor Discovery kids stay in tents at Basecamp, experiencing the thrill of truly camping throughout their session. Cooking by the fire, living outdoors, and sharing tents brings a deeper sense of adventure and independence to their summer.
Campers will develop teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills through group challenges in our ropes course and the WA-Olympics. Evenings include storytelling around the campfire, camp-cooked meals under the stars, and an exciting overnight backpacking trip in the Jefferson National Forest.
With a focus on respect, attitude, work ethic, and communication, Outdoor Discovery offers an incredible opportunity for your child to grow, thrive, and embrace the adventure of camp life.
HOMESTEAD ADVENTURE CAMP

Give your child the perfect balance of adventure and comfort at Homestead Adventure Camp! Designed for campers who love exciting outdoor activities but also enjoy the convenience of lodge life, this program offers the best of both worlds. Campers will stay in our beautiful Main Lodge, complete with bathrooms, showers, and hearty meals cooked by our camp kitchen.
Days are packed with thrilling electives like rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, and caving. While most nights are spent in the lodge, campers will still have the opportunity to venture out for optional overnight excursions, adding the magic of campfires, starry skies, and smores to the mix.
One of the best parts of Homestead Adventure Camp is the community. Because all campers stay together in the Main Lodge, they’ll meet kids from different age groups and form friendships across the camp. At the same time, activities and cabins are still divided by age, so campers are always with peers for their daily adventures.
Through group challenges, outdoor adventures, and shared lodge life, campers will build teamwork, leadership, and confidence, all while creating lifelong memories.
