Be present, enjoy the weekend
We take pride in helping couples create a wedding that feels true to them. From your first visit through the final goodbye, our team is there to handle logistics, answer questions, and smooth out the details—so you can stay present and enjoy the weekend.
Whether you’re planning something simple or layering in custom touches, we’re attentive without being intrusive. We focus on the details that matter, adapt to your priorities, and support your vision so the day unfolds naturally, without unnecessary stress or rigid expectations.
It’s your wedding. Our role is to help it run smoothly and feel exactly the way you imagined.
Good food matters
Food & Bar Options
Good food sets the tone for the entire weekend, and flexibility keeps things stress-free. Our on-site kitchen allows you to shape meals around your schedule, your guests, and the kind of experience you want—whether that’s casual, elevated, or somewhere in between. From the first night to the final send-off, food and drink flow naturally through the weekend rather than being confined to a single formal meal.
Our on-site kitchen can support:
-
Welcome dinners or rehearsal meals
-
Buffet-style or plated reception dinners
-
Late-night snacks
-
Brunch before departure
-
Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic bar packages

Sample Wedding Agenda
Friday
Welcome drinks kick off the weekend, followed by a rehearsal dinner and time to explore the property. The evening before the wedding typically stays casual. Bonfires, s’mores, and a low-key mini-party that brings everyone together without burning out before the big day.
Saturday
The day starts with brunch, then time to get ready in the bridal and groom suites while guests enjoy the property—disc golf, paddleboarding, tubing, volleyball, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing on the porch. The afternoon flows into a welcome reception, wedding ceremony, and a full evening reception.
Sunday
Brunch, mimosas, final conversations, maybe a final swim or hike to the bluff, then final goodbyes and congratulations before heading home.
